Boston Celtics Daily Links: Friday, March 28, 2014

Welcome to Friday, Boston Celtics fans!

It looks like we might have some temperatures that are spring-like, which will be a nice change of pace.  I see rain forecast where I live, so I don’t know if I’ll be able to get outside and enjoy the slightly warmer weather, but wherever you are, I hope you get a chance to head outside and get some fresh air for a change of pace!

Okay – enough with the forecast.  On with the links!

The NBA took a bit of a backseat to the NCAA tournament last night, but here are the scores, recaps and video highlights for the fours games that did go down if you are curious.  []

Hope you’re filling pretty loose, because today’s Morning Shootaround is going to work you over good!  [NBA]

Here’s your Daily Dime – cherish it!  [ESPN]

In case there was any doubt it would happen, it’s official: the Philadelphia 76ers have tied the NBA record for most consecutive losses.  [Bleacher Report]  Believe me – I’m not laughing.  I can only imagine how much it sucks to play in Philly right now.

Having draft picks in hand is great, but Boston Celtics fans are not likely to want to wait 3-4 years to see the Celtics make the playoffs.  As a result, Boston really needs to try and make splash in the free agency market this summer.  Here’s a projected look at the Celtics’ free agency big board.  [Bleacher Report]

And your final Celtics link of the day focuses on the Celtics’ locker room, and why coach Brad Stevens is as proud as a new papa.  []

Hope you enjoyed the reads, and check back in for our game day preview and my thoughts on a few of the NBA-hopefuls who will be playing in the NCAA Tournament tonight!
