Semih Erden And Luke Harangody Traded To Cleveland Cavaliers For Pick

The surprises just keep coming today. Fresh off the heels of the Kendrick Perkins/Nate Robinson trade to the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Celtics have agreed to trade center Semih Erden and forward Luke Harangody to the Cleveland Cavaliers for a second round draft pick.

The move is shocking despite the Celts lack of depth in the front court, but is most likely setting the scene for the team to acquire two more players likely to be bought out of their contracts in the very near future. The return may not seem like a lot, however, considering that these players would have been the first to be cut, the move makes total sense.
