Boston Celtics Daily Links: Wednesday, March 19, 2014

Happy Humpday, Boston Celtics fans!

We Celtics fans might not have much to look forward to as the NBA regular season winds down, but with the NCAA tournament kicking off tomorrow, there is plenty of basketball that we should all be watching!  Boston is in a position to land one, if not two, solid prospects in the upcoming draft, so all eyes should be on the college players who are currently ranked among the top 30 prospects for the upcoming draft.

Here are a few prospect ranking links that you can check out before the Big Dance begins.

Now, onto the REAL Daily Links.

It was a pretty quiet night in the NBA, so getting caught up on the scores, recaps, and video highlights of a mere five games should be nothing for you guys!  []

Guaranteed to get your heart pounding and the blood flowing, it’s your Morning Shootaround.  [NBA]

Today’s Daily Dime opens up by wondering why LeBron James, who scored 25 pts. in the first quarter against Cleveland last night, didn’t go absolutely nuts last night.  [ESPN]   Jeez, guys  – Miami DID win the game, right?

Rumor has it that the NBA may be looking to increase its age limit to 20 soon.  Who wins, and who loses, under this scenario?  [Sporting News]  Gosh, I always love to hear agents chime in with their opinion – you know they only do their jobs because of their love for the game!  Ha ha!

Gotta love a good debate, right?  Check out this video in which Ric Bucher and Howard Beck debate which player in the NBA is the most unstoppable once they get hot.  [Bleacher Report]

I bet a lot of Celtics fans will feel bad to hear the LeBron and Dwayne Wade are currently out-of-sync and have to get used to playing alongside one another once again.  [Yahoo! Sports]  Boo-hoo, right?

And your Boston Celtics link of the day takes an early look at the 2014 free agency plans of the team. [b/r]

Hope you learned something today!
