Daily Poll – Coach Blogger: Scalabrine or Glen Davis?

In an attempt to add new features to make Hardwood Houdini a more intriguing site to visit, we have tested out new ideas such as Player of the Week and Power Rankings, both of which have been accepted by the readers with great regards. Now we are going to do a test run on a daily poll that will be up every morning and throughout the day on the site for you to come in and respond with your opinion on the subject matter. The results from these polls will be kept and brought up further down the line when they apply to how the team is playing.

Yesterdays Poll Results: “Lebron James will have more triple-doubles this year than Rajon Rondo.”

In last nights game, a big question surrounded what was going on with the coaching strategy. From about the 7 minute mark in the third until the end of the game, there were zero substitutions. In the first half, and in the start of the 3rd quarter, Brian Scalabrine was a huge key to not only the scoring of the Celtics, but the energy they played with as well. He was a giant spark for not only the crowd, but seemed to give the team on the floor a second life as well. At the same time, Glen Davis put in some good minutes and finished with 13 points. Of course hindsight is 20/20, but for just a second, you become the coach and answer this question:

Who should have been playing down the stretch of last nights game?

  • Glen Davis (61%, 11 Votes)
  • Brian Scalabrine (39%, 7 Votes)

Total Voters: 18
