Good Saturday morning to you, Boston Celtics fans!

This is the time of the year that championship contenders begin to flex their muscles and set themselves on a collision course toward the Conference Finals.  Sadly, there are no real surprises to be had right now – even the Washington Wizards, should they overcome their 2-1 deficit against Indiana, came into the playoffs as a five seed, not exactly an underdog.

Two of the conference semifinals series played game three last night – get your scores, recaps and video highlights to see which teams are now up 2-1, and why.  []

It may no longer be morning, but who cares?  Your Morning Shootaround is still an important part of your day! []

Today’s Daily Dime reflects on how the Oklahoma City Thunder have relied on experience to get them where there are in their series against the Los Angeles Clippers.  [ESPN]

I know you’re all looking forward to the draft . . . of 2015, since the University of Kentucky Wildcats will have close to six players who could go be drafted in the first round of next year’s NBA draft.  [Sporting News]  That’s crazy – maybe we should allow that team to go pro?

With Donald Sterling and his wife determined to retain ownership of the Clippers, it makes sense that Magic Johnson is telling the media that the Clips’s players won’t play for that team if it is still owned by a Sterling next season.  [Bleacher Report]  Why is Magic Johnson getting involved, again?

Now that he is no longer employed by the Golden State Warriors, Mark Jackson is free to discuss what happened between him and former Celtics player Brian Scalabrine and current Celtics Director of NBA Scouting Danny Erman.  So, he did!  [CSSNE]

If you dig this sort of stuff, the Boston Celtics have released the list of all the ping-pong ball combinations that would win them the first pick in this year’s NBA Draft Lottery.  [Boston Celtics]  Have fun with that, I guess!

Finally, here are the results of a Mock Draft held by Draft Express – come take a gander at who the Celtics pick in the first round.  []
