Good afternoon, NBA fans!

I hope you didn’t get hammered too badly by the latest round of winter weather.  Guess it all depends on where you live – if you’re a Celtics fan living in SoCal, you probably have no idea what I’m talking about!  But if you live in the Northeast, you’re probably sick and tired of snow, sleet, and icy-cold winds by now.  It’s okay: even those of us who enjoy winter are ready for spring, and from what I’ve seen it’s coming – soon!

Speaking of coming soon, here come the daily links!

Eleven games took place in the NBA last night – did you catch them all?  Shut up, liar!  Here are your scores, recaps and video highlights.  [NBA.com]

Even though it’s no longer morning, it’s never too late for your Morning Shootaround. [NBA]

The other day I shared a link about how Blake Griffin deserves to be mentioned in the MVP discussion.  You know else has worked his way into that discussion?  Joakim Noah.  [NBA]

Hey – isn’t Phil Jackson married to Jeanie Buss, who is now the president of the Los Angeles Lakers?  Why yes, yes he is!  So how does Phil’s being hired by the New York Knicks affect that family dynamic, eh?  [Bleacher Report]

I don’t love the Brooklyn Nets, but I do love Paul Pierce, so whenever he has a chance to beat the Heat and expose that team’s weaknesses, as he did last night, I enjoy it.  [Sports Illustrated]

Last, but never least, your Boston Celtics link of the day focuses on Phil Pressey, Rajon Rondo’s influence on him, and why he feels going undrafted was the best thing that could have happened to him.  [Masslive.com]

Have fun!
