Hardwood Houdini voters spoke, and 54 percent of over 700 voters agreed that Danny Ainge should not send Avery Bradley in any trades to obtain DeMarcus Cousins. Brandon “Dig” LaChance of FanSided’s Fully Clips agrees with HH nation, as do I, and we discuss the potential future of the Boston Celtics in wake of the huge news that Rajon Rondo has torn his ACL. Should the C’s rebuild now? Around who?

Other noteworthy topics include deals involving Dwight Howard, Pau Gasol, Josh Smith, Paul Millsap and J.J. Redick.

An interesting point regarding Avery Bradley vs. DeMarcus Cousins is the direction the Eastern Conference is headed in. With Miami solidifying their wing spots with Dwyane Wade and LBJ signed for a while, it makes more sense to have a guy like Avery Bradley to defend Wade, while acquiring Cousins would make little sense, when cheaper options exist to fill the void in the middle. Marcin Gortat is discussed as a possibility, but would it come at the cost of losing Jeff Green? Would it still be worth doing?

These topics and more discussed in the Dig N Shot show official Loud About Basketball Podcast.
