The Boston Celtics will be back at TD Garden on Friday night for a game against the Sacramento Kings. It’s their first night back at home after a four-game road trip. They went 3-1, only losing to the Oklahoma City Thunder. Now, they’re hoping to continue their winning ways at home.

As for the Kings, they’ve begun to figure things out since firing Mike Brown. Doug Christie has taken over as the head coach in Sacramento, and they have won five games in a row. Taking on the Celtics will be a big challenge, but the Kings have been playing great basketball.

Here are the injury reports for the Celtics’ game against the Kings on Friday, January 10.

Derrick White has been upgraded from out to questionable for this game. He didn’t appear in the Celtics’ 118-106 win over the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday due to an illness, but he’s not on the injury report leading into Friday.

That said, Jordan Walsh, who also missed the game in Denver due to an illness, will be out for the second straight game vs. Sacramento.

Meanwhile, Drew Peterson will miss the game on Friday against Sacramento as he is in concussion protocol.

Jaylen Brown has played in the Celtics’ last two games, but it’s important to note that he was dealing with a shoulder strain prior to that. Plus, Kristaps Porzingis recently stated that he is still only around 85% back to his normal self. He’s been dealing with sporadic lower-leg injuries throughout the year after having offseason surgery to fix a foot issue.

For the Kings, the injury report is small. The only player listed is star point guard De’Aaron Fox, who has been dealing with a hip injury. He has been ruled out for the game due to a right glute contusion.

All that said, Fox was spotted at Kings practice on Wednesday, so he's clearly still working toward a return.
