Boston Celtics PG Kemba Walker

Kemba Walker is a frequent trade target here at HH, and yours truly is the one that is most often coming up with trade packages to flip him in ways we feel improve the Cs.

That said, the Walker signing was lauded when it happened by many, and the Bronx-born former NCAA Champion leading Boston to an NBA Championship would be sweet revenge on both Kyrie Irving and the Charlotte Hornets, who burned the Cs and Walker respectively in 2019 free agency.

We would rather see Walker have a comeback story for the ages than to see his struggles continue and get pennies on the dollar for his contract. Given his injuries, it only made sense that he’d struggle during this strange pandemic-stricken season, but Walker needs to keep the same consistency he has had in his last four games, where he has averaged over 23 points per contest.

Boston Celtics PG Jeff Teague

Jeff Teague has been a popular target for Cs fan frustration after Danny Ainge ended up coming away with the 32-year-old as one of his marquee free-agent additions this past offseason. While he is shooting a career-best from beyond the arc (and converting on over 45% of his catch-and-shoot attempts), his inefficiency at the rim has made it easier for defenses to focus on Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown in contests Kemba Walker has been out.

That rookie Payton Pritchard is seen as the next guy up for the starting floor general spot in the event Walker’s knee issues flare up again is all you need to know about how Teague’s year has gone.
