Boston Celtics trade target No. 3) Nikola Vucevic

Last, but certainly not least, we have the man who, to our delight, has been linked to the Boston Celtics quite often over the last several weeks.

The recently anointed 2021 NBA All-Star is finding himself in the midst of a career season with the Orlando Magic.

Through 32 games played, the center is posting stellar averages of 23.9 points, 11.7 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.1 steals, and just shy of a block per game on 48 percent shooting from the floor and 40 percent shooting from deep.

Over the past several seasons, perhaps the biggest weakness within the C’s rotation has been at the pivot and, according to Siegel, Vucevic could be just the guy they’ve been looking for:

"With Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown and Kemba Walker at full strength for the Celtics, this team is already a championship caliber team and adding an All-Star center like Nikola Vucevic would make for a very intriguing 7-game series with the Nets, Bucks and even the 76ers."

We’ve been saying it for a while now that Boston should be strongly interested in bringing aboard the stud big.

What makes you think we’d change our mind now?!

Verdict: Pursue at the speed of light

Next. 2 players Cs should thrust into the starting lineup. dark
