1) Wesley Matthews, SG/ SF

Despite various injuries that have plagued him throughout his decade long career, Wesley Matthews has managed to produce as a valuable contributor for virtually every team he’s suited up for.

The 33-year-old wing has made a name for himself as one of the most reliable 3-and-D presences in the NBA. Through 10 seasons, and with six different franchises, Matthews finds himself boasting career averages of 13.2 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 1.1 steals per game on 42 percent shooting from the field and 38 percent shooting from deep.

Currently suiting up for the top-seeded team in the Eastern Conference, the Milwaukee Bucks, the veteran shooting guard has found a nice role for himself within the team’s starting five. Through 62 games, and averaging 24.7, Matthews is posting 7.5 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and around a half a steal per night on 40 percent shooting from the floor and 37 percent shooting from deep.

Still proving to be a reliable defender both on ball, in switches, and still showing the capability of guarding multiple positions, adding a talent such as Wesley Matthews to the Boston Celtics’ lackluster bench could prove to be quite beneficial on both sides of the ball come the 2020-21 campaign.
