Kemba Walker is the most underrated All-Star

Being on losing Charlotte Hornets teams has limited the impressive resume of Kemba Walker from being any greater on a team success level. It has also created a public image that Walker is accepting of losing more so than he is.

Yes, Walker is a nice guy who has never ruffled any feathers in the locker-room. Even more impressively, he never once called out the Hornets front office for failing to provide him with enough support to win a first-round series in the Eastern Conference playoffs…and reaching that modest milestone (the postseason) just twice so far in his nine-year career.

But don’t get his laid back personality confused. He is an alpha. Walker willed the Hornets to 35+ win seasons with overpaid role players that didn’t provide enough support to a 25+ point per game scorer to do more.

Those years in Charlotte have him looking like a second tier superstar. The reality is, Walker is just as much of a winner as the superstar that made the Boston Celtics considered contenders the past two seasons in Kyrie Irving.

Believe it. Kemba Walker is the most underrated All-Star, despite being a starter the past two years at the February Classic.
