In eight games this month, Portis is averaging 16.8 points and 8.4 rebounds while shooting 53.8% from the field.

Derrick White: The former first-round pick has scored 20-plus points in two of the last three games and is coming off a career night in Boston’s 119-94 win over the Detroit Pistons. White knocked down six 3-pointers and was critical on both sides of the ball, finishing with a triple-double of 22 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists.
