The Boston Celtics will head north on Tuesday for their second straight preseason matchup against the Toronto Raptors. They welcomed the Raptors to TD Garden on Sunday and earned a massive victory that was muffled only by a fourth-quarter run that made the game seem closer than it was.
Tuesday night will be the Celtics’ final preseason game of the year, while the Raptors will have one more tilt on Friday against the Brooklyn Nets. Boston rested its starters on Sunday, so it is up in the air whether or not they will play on Tuesday. However, Al Horford will definitely be playing, per Joe Mazzulla.
Here are the injury reports for both teams heading into the Celtics’ Tuesday night preseason game against the Raptors on October 15.

Prior to the Celtics’ preseason game on Sunday, Mazzulla confirmed that Horford would play on Tuesday against the Raptors. He has yet to appear in a preseason game this year, and Luke Kornet has been starting in his place with the regular group.
Porzingis remains out until the end of the calendar year as he recovers from offseason surgery.
It’s unclear whether or not Mazzulla will roll out the Celtics’ regular starters in Toronto, as he held them out on Sunday. That said, Sunday’s game was the second leg of a back-to-back for the Celtics, as they played the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday night.
Mazzulla may want to give the starters one more chance to play in the preseason, as they will sit through a week-long break before Opening Night on October 22.
RJ Barrett has been ruled out for the rest of the Raptors’ preseason run while dealing with a shoulder issue, and the same can be said for Bruce Brown. He had arthroscopic surgery on his right knee and will be re-evaluated roughly three weeks from October 8.
Ja’Kobe Walter is still listed as out on the team’s injury report, though the last update was made on October 11. He did not play against the Celtics on Sunday and is dealing with a shoulder ailment.
Immanuel Quickley, Kelly Olynyk, and Garrett Temple were all questionable leading up to Toronto’s game in Boston on Sunday, and none of them ended up playing. They are still listed as day-to-day, though the last reported update was from Sunday.
