The Boston Celtics are back in action on Saturday night after a two-day break. Their last game was a dominant win over the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday. They are 10-3 on the year, sitting in second place in the Eastern Conference, sitting only behind the undefeated Cleveland Cavaliers.

Boston will be squaring off with the Toronto Raptors on Saturday, who are currently the worst team in the East and will be on the second night of a back-to-back when they play the Celtics. They are 2-11 on the year and have been without Scottie Barnes for most of their season. They are on a one-way track for a top pick in the lottery, aiming for the likes of Cooper Flagg and Ace Bailey.

Here are the injury reports for the Celtics game against the Raptors on Saturday, November 16.

Kristaps Porzingis is still out and likely won’t return until around December as he continues to recover from offseason surgery. However, Joe Mazzulla's latest update should give fans some hope for his return in the next couple of months.

For the first time this season, Jrue Holiday finds himself on the injury report. He’s dealing with left knee tendinopathy and was listed as questionable heading into the Celtics’ game against the Raptors. Holiday has been downgraded to out prior to the game.

Meanwhile, Jaden Springer was still on the injury report ahead of the Toronto game, as he’s still having some knee problems. That said, he will be available for the contest.

The Raptors are dealing with a ton of injuries leading into their game against the reigning champions.

Scottie Barnes, the best player on the Raptors and a one-time All-Star, is going to miss significant time this season with an orbital fracture. He’s out indefinitely with no set timetable for his return.

Similarly, Bruce Brown is going to miss multiple weeks. He has been out with a knee ailment. Former Celtic Kelly Olynyk is also set to miss multiple weeks with a back issue.

Immanuel Quickley has a partial tear to the ulnar collateral ligament in his left elbow and won’t be back for at least a few more days.

Finally, rookie Ja’Kobe Walter is still out with a shoulder problem, and DJ Carton is also listed on the injury report as out.
