Boston Celtics stud: Dennis Schroder

All season long, Dennis Schroder has proven to be a sensational addition to this Boston Celtics squad and his performance against OKC was simply just another reminder of how impactful of a player he can be for this team.

For the second straight game, the point guard found himself squaring off against a former employer and, with this, once again went on to show them exactly what they are currently missing out on.

Logging a team-high 36 minutes on the night, the 28-year-old put forth an all-around offensive clinic against the Thunder, serving as a much-needed secondary scoring weapon alongside Jayson Tatum as Jaylen Brown remains sidelined as well as simply a fantastic initiator both for himself as well as for his teammates.

Hitting his shots from all areas of the floor, Schroder posted the second-highest scoring total on the night with 29 points to go along with six assists and four rebounds on 59 percent shooting from the floor and nearly 43 percent shooting from deep.

An unstoppable force in the mid-range with his quick feet and crafty handles, the veteran guard was a great robin to Tatum’s Batman on the night and absolutely deserves the moniker of stud of the game.
