Boston Celtics stud: Robert Williams III

Throughout the better part of this season thus far, fourth-year big man Robert Williams III has been rather sporadic with his play, putting forth a stupendous performance one night only to be followed up with a relative stinker the next.

Wednesday, the Time Lord went on to have himself an outing falling into the former category, as he was truly dominant in virtually every aspect of the game for the Boston Celtics.

Setting a career mark in offensive rebounds with eight, the big man finished with a game-high 13 boards to go along with 16 points, two steals, one assist, and one block.

Williams had his hand in a myriad of plays throughout the contest, be it on the defensive end with his impressive on-ball & help defense, or his several follow-up scores off of misses which included five lethal put-back dunks in the first half alone.

Coming into the night, Williams mentioned that their last bout against the Raptors left a bad taste in their mouth and that they were coming into the outing with a plan to play hard and, ultimately, get revenge.

In the end, they wound up accomplishing both objectives, and the big man had a tremendous amount to do with it.
