Boston Celtics star point guard acquisition No. 2) Coby White

This helps the Boston Celtics right now and for the future. It brings them their franchise point guard as well as veteran bench depth.

Coby White has the potential to blossom into a franchise point guard if put in the right situation. Though he will be injured at the start of next season, he would pair perfectly next to Tatum and Brown.

Last season he averaged 15.1 points and 4.8 assists. With Chicago entering a “win-now” mode, they could be open to trading him away.

Thaddeus Young and Tomas Satoransky are both on expiring deals so the Bulls could look to get their money’s worth. Both played very well last season.

Young is a do-it-all power forward who would help the Celtics on both ends. Meanwhile, Satoransky is a super tall point guard who can playmaker and has a decent three-point shot.

For the Bulls, they add pieces to help them push for the playoffs next season. Marcus Smart would pair beautifully next to Zach LaVine, covering for him on the defensive end.

With Daniel Theis being an unrestricted free agent, adding Tristan Thompson would ensure that they have a backup center for Nikola Vucevic.

The picks are what really seal the deal for the Bulls. They lost control of a lot of their picks in the Vucevic deal, so throwing them in there would entice them even further.
