Once again, here we are with a new installment of the Boston Celtics “Pick A Player” miniseries.

In this series, we take a look at the impending free agents for all 30 NBA teams and I, Nick Swanson, choose one player from each team that I would put on the Cs for the 2021 season.

These players must be members of the 2021 free agency class. If a player has a player or team option for the upcoming season, we are going to assume that they will hit the open market.

The same goes for any restricted free agents, no matter what the chances are, in reality, that they join a new team, they are eligible for this list. Some of the players on this list may re-sign with the team they are on now but there is no way of telling that now.

This list is not representative of what I think the Boston Celtics will do — in other words, this is not a prediction, but rather of what I think the team should do. This is also going off of the current roster, so it won’t be factoring in any offseason trades, draft picks, or cuts.

The focus of this edition of the “Pick A Player” series will be the final division in the Eastern Conference, the Southeast division.

The teams that will be featured on this list are the Atlanta Hawks, Charlotte Hornets, Miami Heat, Orlando Magic, and Washington Wizards. Only one player from each team will be featured so you won’t be seeing two players from the Miami Heat or none from the Washington Wizards.

The previous installment of this series was the Central Division. As for this edition, we’ll start with the Atlanta Hawks:
