Now, after such an impressive run, Boston is aligned to potentially have an equally impressive offseason, as they are rumored to be in play for some trades, are seen as an attractive landingspot for players looking to contend for a ring, and are in possession of 3 first-round picks heading into this year’s draft, with one of said picks falling into the lottery (14th overall).
Recent reports have suggested, however, that Danny Ainge could be interested in packaging some of, if not all of his 2020 assets in an attempt to move up on the draft board.
