Joe Mazzulla is certainly a one-of-a-kind head coach and has already earned an NBA championship to prove his value. His character is poured onto his assistants and players which builds the chemistry quick, fast and in a hurry. Jayson Tatum and he have grown very close to one another but Tatum proves that basketball can wait for Mazzulla.

Mazzulla has started to become a mastermind of basketball with his strategies and play-calling, hence Banner 18 but Tatum made a very unequivocally comment to make it clear. Coach is preparing for next season but his star player refuses to do so.

"Joe is already trying to draw up s--t for next season," Tatum said (h/t ESPN). "And I was like, 'Joe, f--k that. We just won a championship. Enjoy it. Relax.'"

It has not even been two full months since the Larry O'Brien trophy was raised and he wants to start the coaching process up again. Nobody can take away his dedication to the game and proved why he's the Celtics' head coach.

Tatum cares for him so much — he knows that a break is not needed but required. To create basketball plays can happen at any time but winning NBA titles may never happen for some.

It's an iconic moment.

The Joe Mazzulla effect is so real

For a coach to try and draw up plays not too long after Game 5 of the NBA Finals occurred speaks volumes. He just simply loves basketball and the hunger to win Banner 19 is a real vision looking to become reality.

Brad Stevens has already done his business duties and signed the crew back together — solidifying that family aspect. It doesn't seem like there's a crack in this franchise and not all NBA teams can be described like that. From the players, coaches, and front office it's unmatched.

Mazzulla is the spearhead of it all.

The winning mentality that everyone views out of the players comes from him and that's the gel that holds them tighter. It can't get any better than that.

Tatum and Jaylen Brown along with the rest balled out but the charge was sparked by Mazzulla.
