Joe Harris

Another player of value that is still unsigned and available is Joe Harris. Spending the first half of this season with the Detroit Pistons, Harris was waived by the team on February 8 and will now be free to pursue signing with another team.

Joe is a seasoned veteran at this point in his career, having played for three NBA teams over the last 10 seasons. Many know him best for his contributions to the Brooklyn Nets over the course of seven seasons between 2016 and 2023.

When it comes to Harris' archetype as a player, he is the kind of player that can help a multitude of teams just based off his pure shooting ability. For his career, Joe knocks down 43.6% of his three-point attempts, and scores 10.3 points per game. He may be a little on the older side as well, but they always say shooting is the last thing to go when a player is aging.

Some may argue Harris would not be a valuable contributor to the Celtics because they think he is a "specialist," but Joe has shown himself to be multifaceted in his scoring attack over the course of his career. He could certainly be a worthwhile pickup for Boston on a cheap deal.
