Al Horford - B

Al Horford is 37 years old but refuses to let Father Time catch up to him. Horford has done an amazing job in his career at adapting to the always-changing NBA. In 2007, his rookie year, until 2014-15, Horford shot under one three-pointer per game. Since then, he has shot three or more per game in every season. For reasons like this, Horford finds himself a contributor to the best team in the NBA as he enters his late thirties.

For obvious reasons, Horford isn’t leaned on nearly as much as he was in 2016, when he joined the Celtics for the first time. Similar to Holiday, when the Celtics have to play the Philadelphia 76ers or Milwaukee Bucks in the playoffs, his defence will be felt. When Horford comes into those games, he will be tasked with guarding Joel Embiid or Giannis Antetokounmpo, which he has had success with in the past.
