7. Daniel Theis (Germany)

The third and final German player on this list, Daniel Theis has the most Boston Celtics experience of the bunch, as he was in Boston for a cumulative four seasons of his career.

He got his start with the Celtics and even started for them during their 2020 Bubble run to the Eastern Conference finals. Theis signed with the New Orleans Pelicans this summer and should be an impactful rotation player for them.

8. Kelly Olynyk (Canada)

Going with back-to-back ex-Celtics bigs here, Kelly Olynyk made his mark in Boston in a big way. Like Theis, he played multiple seasons of his career with the Celtics, as he was drafted there in 2013.

Olynyk is captaining Team Canada at the 2024 Olympics, hoping to help Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Jamal Murray, and the most stacked roster the country has ever put together.

9. Dwight Powell (Canada)

As a member of the Dallas Mavericks, Dwight Powell fell to the Celtics in the 2024 NBA Finals, but back in 2014, he started his career with the guys in green.

However, just five games into his rookie season, Powell was traded to Dallas in the deal that brought Jae Crowder back to Boston. Now, he’s suiting up for Team Canada.
