15. Derrick White - Selfishness
Ever since he joined the Celtics, everyone from the coaching staff to his teammates has been begging Derrick White to be more selfish. That point still stands.
White is talented enough to create for himself, pick his spots, and run Boston’s offense. He just needs to be willing to take the ball and do it himself, regardless of who else is on the floor.
16. Jaylen Brown - Passing
Over the course of the last year, Jaylen Brown has gone from a questionable passer to a more-than-adept playmaker with the ball in his hands. But there is always room for improvement.
Brown should constantly be working on his playmaking, practicing different passing scenarios, and learning how to read the floor at a higher level than ever before. That’s what will take him from a star to a superstar.
17. Jayson Tatum - Shooting
Jayson Tatum is a good shooter. But he hasn’t been for the past few months. Ever since the playoffs began, he’s been seemingly unable to hit a jumper. He even shot 0-of-16 on jump shots during his run with Team USA.
If he can get back to hitting threes (and jumpers in general) at an above-average clip, it will make him even more dominant than he was during Boston’s title run.
