9. Xavier Tillman - Three-point shooting

This is the missing link for Xavier Tillman. The key to him going from a potential rotation piece to a guy who could play 25-plus minutes per game for the Celtics.

Tillman is already an amazing defender. He’s extremely versatile and capable of guarding guards, bigs, and wings alike. If he can hit his threes consistently, he could be Boston’s Al Horford replacement.

10. Sam Hauser - Shot creation

While some may point to defense as the area where Sam Hauser needs to improve the most, he’s actually a solid player on that end of the floor. Instead, he should focus on being a better shot-creator.

Hauser’s three-point shooting is already his best skill, but if he can get better at creating for himself a bit more once he gets the ball, he’ll be a much more versatile offensive player.

11. Payton Pritchard - Point-of-attack defense

Offensively, there isn’t much more Payton Pritchard needs to improve on. Defensively, he’s pretty solid, too. He gets picked on because of his size, but he can keep up within the team’s scheme.

However, Pritchard should look to get better at the point of attack. If he can pester opposing guards more effectively without letting them get by him, he would be an underrated piece on the defensive end.
