No. 4: Kyrie Irving can't seem to beat the Boston Celtics

There has been a stat going around social media of Kyrie Irving's longstanding struggles against the Boston Celtics since stomping on the C's logo in the 2021 playoffs. The stat is the star guard being 0-10 against the green team since the controversial act. Every time the Celts played the Nets or Mavs in this span, they took it personally to have the last laugh. This included sweeping the Brooklyn Nets in the 2022 playoffs which led to the combustion of their super team and completing the season sweep of the series with the Mavs in 2024.

In his last 10 games vs the Boston Celtics, Uncle Drew averaged 21 points, five rebounds, and five assists on 42% shooting. The reality is Irving will get his points, but recent history shows it is more on the inefficient and volume side. Something will have to give to stop this unbelievable losing streak.
