5 players to watch on the Boston Celtics' Summer League team
Killian Tillie
The 6'9 power forward never stood a chance at the NBA initially when the Memphis Grizzlies signed him and played him out of his natural position. Killian Tillie struggled to stay on the floor and never found consistency in his shot. He played four years at Gonzaga and averaged 13.6 points, five rebounds, and two assists on 54% shooting, 40% from distance, and 73% from the free throw line.
It is the year of the Frenchman with so many names of French origin getting drafted to the NBA. Bostonians are fans of french fries, french onion soup, french onion dip, and Victor Wembanyama. Why not add another Frenchman to the list as a potential Celtics fan favorite?
Guerschon Yabusele and Evan Fournier made positive impressions on our fan base. Juhann Begarin is someone we hope comes over before GTA 6 is released, but we cannot control this.
Give the C's a fun French big man to fall in love with and embrace.
