Ron Harper Jr

In his Senior year at Rutgers University, Ron Harper Jr, the son of Ron Harper averaged 15.8 points, 5.9 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and one steal per game on 44% shooting overall, 40% from three, and 80% from foul line. His efficiency never translated over to the NBA level in developing his outside shot. He would only play in nine games with the Raptors before being waived.

In 20 games with the Raptors developmental team, Harper Jr would average 15.4 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 2.6 assists on 46% shooting overall, only 24% from three, and 82% from the stripe.

The scouting report from NBADraft.net touts him as someone who uses his 7'1 wingspan to his advantage, has a strong basketball IQ, great feel for the game, and can guard multiple positions. The son of a legend will play for the open two-way contract slot on the Boston Celtics.
