Jaylen Brown drops a career playoff-high 40 points vs the Pacers

There was a man on the mission these playoffs and his name is Jaylen Brown. He was snubbed from All-Defensive teams despite being one of the best defenders in the league this season. He was snubbed from the All-NBA team despite being one of the best wings in the league. All of this fueled him to collect greater honors in the playoffs.

Brown's peak performance was dropping 40 points in Game Two of the Eastern Conference Finals vs the Indiana Pacers. The outing showed the full offensive bag of the 27-year-old forward. We saw net-swishing three-pointers in transition, step backs off-the-dribble, backdoor cuts to the basket, fastbreak layups, and spin moves leading a mid-range pull-up.

The best part of his game is the tenacious driver and fearless finisher in traffic he has worked to become. There is no place for jokes about Brown's handles, he has a left hand and it was on full display here.
