3. Xavier Tillman Sr.

The Celtics' midseason acquisition of Xavier Tillman Sr. was a fantastic move, as it gifted them one of the best big men on the trade block for the nominal cost of two second-round picks in 2027 and 2030. Tillman is a good defender, in part because of his versatility and switchability.

Tillman can defend elite centers and can also man the fort against sizable wings.

He's also a formidable rebounder, averaging nearly eight rebounds per 36 minutes. On the other end, however, let's alot to be desired. He oftentimes presents spacing issues, due to the lack of a threat of him drilling a 3-point shot.

In fact, at 27.3 percent from deep, you probably don't want him taking those at all. All told, there's alot to be desired on the offensive end, and any lineup with him will compromise shooting and spacing on offense.

Not only is he a non-shooter but he's also not a great finisher or stellar athlete. And he's also not quite a great shooter at the foul line.

Tilman has played well in Boston, but his offensive limitations could squeeze him for minutes during the postseason.
