3 Former Celtics we want to see in green again: Part 6

One is a stretch five who kills the Celtics every time they play, another is a wing who never got a real shot in Boston, and lastly is a raw backup center who is a tenacious rebounder.

Moses Brown

Moses Brown was once a Boston Celtic following the Kemba Walker-to-OKC Thunder trade. He would quickly be moved again to the Dallas Mavericks for Josh Richardson. Richardson was later moved for Derrick White who served as a pivotal part of the 2024 championship team.

In a roundabout way, the big man indirectly contributed to Banner 18. Since being in Boston, the veteran big has played for the Mavericks, Cavs, Clippers, Nets, and Blazers.

Currently, the Boston Celtics should not make a move to re-acquire Brown given their tremendous big man depth, but down the line, he is worth a flier. Particularly a capable lob threat who can secure boards in bunches for any team.

Brown is only 24 years old and has shown no signs of falling out of the NBA anytime soon.
