Portland Trail Blazers: Ashton Hagans

Ashton Hagans made his name in the NBA G-League averaging 16.1 points, 9.7 assists, 4.9 rebounds, and 1.7 steals per game on 43% shooting overall for the Portland Trail Blazers developmental team the Rip City Remix.

Hagans was called up to a two-way contract for the Blazers and averaged 4.2 points, 2.8 assists, and 2.4 rebounds on 41% shooting and 82% from the foul line. The six-foot-three guard has the raw potential to make it worth taking a flier for any team.

The Boston Celtics elected to not sign JD Davison and may not be entirely sold on the development of Jaden Springer. Another guard to watch is Ashton Hagans who has the vision and driving ability to be something to watch in Las Vegas during summer league.

Do not be surprised if his name comes up again as training camp nears.
