The Celtics got themselves back in the win column on Tuesday night. They went into Utah and took care of business against the Jazz with a 129-119 win.

Here's what stood out:

Jaylen Brown's 30-point streak is over

Entering Tuesday's matchup, Jaylen Brown had scored 30 or more points in nine straight games, tying Larry Bird for the longest streak in Celtics history. The two will remain tied, at least for now.

Brown failed to crack 30 at Delta Center, finishing the night with

Keyonte George showed us all how strong Jayson Tatum’s ball knowledge really is

Earlier this month, Celtics star Jayson Tatum joined the Morris twins for a stream on Twitch. During the show, the hosts asked Tatum which young player in the league he’d been most impressed with so far this season.

JT immediately thought of Jazz guard Keyonte George.

“I’ve been watching so much basketball, I’ve really seen who took the next step, who’s been working on their game. He’s someone that stood out from the rip.”

On Tuesday, George showed everyone how strong Tatum’s ball knowledge really is. The 22-year-old guard made it obvious from the jump that he was going to be a problem for Boston.

By the time the halftime buzzer sounded, George had already tallied 23 points with a few unconscious stretches mixed in there.

George stayed hot in the second half, but his 37 points weren't enough to earn Utah their second win over the Cs this season.

What a stretch it’s been for Luka Garza

Luka Garza essentially spent the entirety of mid-November through early-December planted to Boston’s bench. Over the past week or so, however, he’s reemerged as a rotation piece for the Celtics.

Garza’s hustle and nose for the offensive glass have proven that he should have some role on this team, even if it’s a smaller one. As a bench player, he brings an energy that can completely shift moment -- like he did in Utah.

The former Iowa standout immediately made his presence felt in the first quarter, helping the Cs keep afloat against the red hot Jazz. He was a +7 through his early minutes. Not only did he make a positive impact, but he was actually the team’s leading scorer through the opening 24 minutes with 11 points at the break.

He wasn’t quite as dominant in the second half, but still finished with an impressive 15 points and six rebounds, on 6-8 from the field and 2-2 from long range.

Don’t try and shoot near Derrick White

It’s no secret that Derrick White is one of the best shot-blocking guards in the league history. This season, he’s averaged 1.3 rejections per outing, which is tied for seven-footer Neemias Queta for the most on the team.

Any Jazz player who decided to try and get a shot up on White was making a dangerous decision on Tuesday. The Celtics guard rejected seven shots en route to the win in Utah, setting a new career high in blocks, as well as a team record for blocks by a guard.

What’s interesting about watching White defend is that his blocks come on multiple levels in the same way the game’s elite scorers get buckets from everywhere.

Paint shots, jump shots, layups, D White is sending it all back.

Not to mention that he was unbelievable offensively in the second half, too. He scored 22 of his 27 points after the break, helping the Cs fight of a feisty Jazz team.
