It cannot be stated anywhere close to enough how simply terrific of a fit Brogdon is a Celtic. It sure is indescribable how incredible it is to have that two-way scoring playmaker who can handle the ball, guide the second unit and slide into a big role whenever it’s needed. Having played in crucial outings before as a main option and initiator with the Pacers, Brogdon has capabilities of sliding in as a top resource for the Celtics when called upon.

The guard has that Al Horford soothing affect where he spreads that calming peace throughout the locker room and organization. Brogdon can serve as a prominent voice leading the team while helping lay a foundation with his everlasting tranquility and approach. His composure is significantly felt throughout. A face of many OG’s that was also missing from the Celtics last season aside from Horford and Smart.
In Brogdon’s last 20 games, he is putting up 16.1 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 3.7 assists while slashing 49/41.3/87. The NBA VP has appeared in 25 playoff games including his first with the Celtics on Saturday averaging 11.9 points, 4.2 rebounds, and assists shooting 41.7% overall and 36.5% from the outside. When Indiana was swept by Miami en route to their Finals against the Lakers in the 2020 Bubble, Malcolm held the ship afloat in efforts of competence. In 40 minutes, despite being briefly sent home, Brogdon put up a thunderous 21.5 pts, 10 assists, and 4.3 rebounds.
