The Brooklyn Nets have won five of their last six games and their last four straight, but they’ll have their biggest test of the 2022-23 season thus far when they welcome the Boston Celtics to the Barclays Center on Sunday, December 4.

Boston is entering following a rare loss this season, and they’ll be looking to avoid just their second two-game skid during the current campaign. The Cs fell to the Miami Heat 120-116 in overtime during their final game of an otherwise successful six-game homestand.

A surging Nets squad is eager to welcome them to Kings County, New York, though they’ll be doing so without the presence of their third-wheel All-Star Ben Simmons, who has a left lateral upper calf strain that has kept him out of Brooklyn’s last two games.

Even without Simmons, the Nets won’t be without firepower. T.J. Warren made his debut this past Friday for Brooklyn, who scored 10 points in 17 minutes in a 114-105 win triumph against the Toronto Raptors. He joined the entire starting lineup with double-digit scoring figures.
