3 exciting Boston Celtics storylines to watch heading into the season

Boston Celtics 2022-23 storyline No. 1: Redemption incoming
The first of the three storylines may be the most obvious, the Boston Celtics are going to be a WAGON. Maybe that isn’t the exact storyline, it’ll be more of a redemption arc, but this Celtics team will not be one to be messed with. I’ve already complained about it enough, but the C’s felt like the best team in last season’s playoffs and still came up just short in the NBA Finals. Now, they’ll have a whole season to iron out the kinks and get rolling.
You’d have to imagine the whole team will carry a chip on their shoulder after the way things ended in June. Boston had a chance to take a commanding 3-1 lead over Golden State, and then made just two shots in the final 7:32 of the game.
During that NBA Finals, it was evident that the C’s needed more scoring off of the bench. The addition of Brogdon fixes that issue. Not to mention the former Rookie of the Year can defend as well.
Oddsmakers certainly believe in Boston ahead of the season. The Rhode Island Sportsbook has them as favorites to take home the NBA Championship at +500 odds. The odds that the C’s claw their way back to the NBA Finals have been set at +250.
