Heading into the 2022-23 campaign, there’s a ton to like about this year’s Boston Celtics team.

After having made it to within two wins of winning their first title since 2008 and their 18th championship overall, Brad Stevens and co. hit the ground running during this year’s free agency period, striking gold on several transactions that could easily wind up being viewed as the missing pieces from last year’s run.

When it comes to the 2021-22 C’s, there were plenty of weak spots within their rotation that, ultimately, led to their downfall, with the most notable deficiency being second unit scoring.

This season, however, many have argued that there really isn’t much more the club needs to try and address, for the front office has filled in their roster’s holes quite spectacularly.

Nevertheless, as we’ve seen throughout league history no team is perfect, and weaknesses will always go on to shine their ugly heads through as a season progresses.

With this in mind, the other day we at HH asked Boston Celtics fans what they believed to be some of the main strengths and weaknesses of this year’s team, and, to our delight, they had rather unique responses:

As things currently stand, it’s a widely accepted notion that this revamped Boston Celtics team has far more plusses than they do minuses attached to their name, as they approach the new campaign ranked in as having the best odds of bringing home the 2023 Larry O’Brien Trophy.

It’ll be fun to see how well this newly constructed roster can play together and how they can figure out a way to make their strengths completely overshadow their potential weaknesses.
