Boston Celtics: 2 former C’s who could explode with new teams in 2022-23

Heading into the 2021-22 campaign, many anticipated that the Boston Celtics would look ‘completely different’ when in comparison to how they did during their lackluster season from the year before and, as we all know, from a roster perspective to an overall successes standpoint, these expectations were quite accurate.

Now, as we approach 2022-23, it’s safe to say that, for the second season in a row, C’s fans are bound to once again see a reshuffled unit repping the green and white threads.

Thanks to the stellar efforts put forth by Brad Stevens and co. thus far this summer, the most recent league runner-ups have only managed to improve their already menacing roster, as they now find Danilo Gallinari and Malcolm Brogdon joining their arsenal.

Of course, in order for them to have been able to make these highly valuable additions come aboard, the team has had to endure several subtractions from their depth chart that helped turn the club from being a bottom-dweller in the standings to the eventual Eastern Conference Champions all within the same league year.

Not all of Boston’s losses have come this offseason, however, as they saw plenty of players depart from eastern Massachusetts throughout last year’s campaign as well.

Of these players who have seen exits from the organization over the last several months, many find themselves currently employed by different organizations and boast far different roles than they did with the shamrocks.

With their new locations, new successes and individual triumphs could be in store for some of these talents and, today, we at HH believe that there are 2, in specific, who could actually wind up absolutely exploding onto the scene for their teams in 2022-23:
