The Boston Celtics came out of the gates swinging in this year’s NBA Finals matchup against the Golden State Warriors, stealing last Thursday’s Game 1 whilst on the road by a final score of 120-108.

In Game 2, however, the higher-ranked Dubs retaliated with an absolute drubbing of their own.

Despite being down early in Sunday’s contest, seeing a point disparity of 8-3 within the first few minutes of regulation, Golden State managed to go on an absolute tear towards the end of the first half and never looked back, taking the lead for good in the third period (outscored Boston 35-14 in the quarter) and, ultimately, went on to blowout the shamrocks to the tune of 107-88.

Now, with things tied up at one game apiece, we see the series heading to the east coast where the Celtics will finally be able to perform in front of their home crowd and play the role of host.

As history suggests, Game 3 is going to be a pivotal contest, for 82.1 percent of teams who have won at this juncture over the last 39 years have gone on to win the title.

This coupled with it being their first home game of the series has us at HH strongly believing that Boston will give everything they have on Wednesday night in an effort to go up 2-1 in this best-of-seven championship round.

That said, though we like their chances of pulling out the victory, the Warriors are by no means going to make accomplishing such a feat easy.

Simply put, they’re one of the most complete and well-rounded ball clubs that we’ve seen in the history of the league, and, while many just heap praise and target their attention onto franchise cornerstone Stephen Curry, the Warriors are far more than just one player.

There are quite a number of talents found on Golden State’s roster who could prove to be rather problematic for the Boston Celtics on virtually any given night and we believe there are 2, in particular, who could wind up spelling some serious trouble for the C’s in Game 3:
