The Boston Celtics managed to go from rags to riches during this 2021-22 campaign, as they turned a sub-.500 first half of their regular season into a historic second and counting, going 39-13 since January 12th.

Now, after trouncing the Brooklyn Nets via sweep in round one and then squeaking by the defending champion Milwaukee Bucks in a hard-fought seven-game series in round two, we see the C’s gearing up for a round three tilt against the top-seeded Miami Heat.

During the regular season, Boston took the series two games to one but, in the playoffs, all that goes out the window, for what came before this Eastern Conference Finals truly does not matter–let’s not forget, the Celtics won the regular-season series back in 2019-20 as well and still fell to the Heat at this exact stage of the playoffs.

As things currently stand, Ime Udoka’s squad comes into Tuesday’s first game as two-point underdogs but, as we’ve seen throughout this year, one mustn’t ever write off this scrappy and competitive bunch, for they’ve proven capable of pulling out some of the most improbable upsets since turning the corner at the halfway mark.

Still, while we at HH are quite confident in this team’s abilities, Miami is the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference for a reason.

They’re a complete, well-rounded ball club that can stir up trouble on both ends of the floor and, while they may have their fair share of heavy hitters at the top of their rotation in stars Jimmy Butler, Bam Adebayo, and Kyle Lowry, going down the line there are plenty of other talents in tow that, if unattended to, could inflict serious damage upon their opponents.

There are quite a number of players found on the Heat’s roster who could prove to be rather problematic for the No. 2 seeded C’s to go up against and, in specific, we believe there are 2 role players that could wind up spelling some serious trouble for the Boston Celtics:
