This game hardly ever seemed in question with the Boston Celtics leading by as much as 18 in the contest and winning by 13, 108-95!  It was a game with only one tie and four lead changes.

The opening quarter was separated by a deuce, but the c’s would increase it to a 10-point margin at the half. Why should the fans be confident?  The Celts kept their foot firmly planted on the gas pedal to the finish to force a game seven.

They put two solid halves of basketball together in what has been the ultimate challenge for this team by playing consistently hard for 48 minutes. Do not leave it up to the officials to make a questionable call like many felt they did in a decisive game three or let it come down to missed board in Game 5..

Keep the Bucks in check and at an arm’s length in the closing minutes of the game. Control what you can control by valuing the possession of the basketball, taking and making open shots, and getting any 50-50 balls.

The Celtics finished with just eight turnovers on the evening in what was a fantastic display of skilled ball-handling and passing. The Bucks had only 10, but Giannis had six of them because the C’s defense decided they were not going to let the reigning Finals MVP beat them with the pass.

Earlier in the series, Boston defenders would overhelp on him leading to wide-open 3-pointers for the Pat Connaughtons, Wesley Matthews, and Grayson Allens of the world. A recipe for a complete and utter disaster of epic proportions.

As a result of being more disciplined defensively, the C’s were able to effectively close out on Milwaukee’s trey slingers holding the Bucks to a miserable seven for 29 from downtown.

Sunday at 3:30 PM Est sets the stage for an epic game seven where legends are made and careers are redefined. And here’s the extra juice because the Celtics did not dodge the Nets. They get this win or go home game in Boston!
