It didn’t take long for the Boston Celtics to down their divisional rivals, the Brooklyn Nets, in the first round of the 2022 postseason, as only four games were needed to exact revenge on the team that trounced them from the Quarterfinals just a year ago.

Now, after their highly impressive sweep over the borough boys, the C’s find themselves sitting back and relaxing until the word comes out about who they’ll be squaring off against between the Milwaukee Bucks and Chicago Bulls (it’ll likely be Milwaukee) in round two.

Until this particular series is over, however, all Boston and their faithful followers can really do is patiently wait.

That said, this free time gives fans a chance to watch all of the other competitive series going on across this year’s playoff landscape, and, while the C’s are currently not playing in any of these contests at the moment, there are several former representatives of the franchises that are.

While it’s safe to say that this shamrocks squad is a legitimate contender to take home the Larry O’Brien trophy as currently assembled, there are a few players that once were attached to the franchise at a point in time that, considering just how well they’ve been balling in this year’s tournament, could have proven to be major contributors within Ime Udoka’s rotation.

Of these former players, we at HH believe that there are a few, in particular, who are separating themselves from the rest of the pack.

With this in mind, here are 2 former Boston Celtics players who are absolutely killing it in this year’s postseason:
