Reason No. 3) Jayson Tatum is getting national attention

The name Jayson Tatum is permeating through seemingly everyone’s newsfeeds, ESPN broadcasts. His fellow NBA stars are taking notice, and now more than just Boston Celtics fans see his talent and value.

The 24-year-old is in the midst of one of the best stretches of his young NBA career as he’s having an amazing month of March. Over the last 10 games, Tatum is averaging 32.2 points, seven rebounds and 4.6 assists per contest on 47 percent shooting from the field, 37.5 percent shooting from deep, and 88 percent shooting from the foul line.

This stellar play is not going without recognition when another superstar sees his greatness.

After seeing him drop 54 games in the recent bout between the Boston Celtics and Brooklyn Nets, one of the best players in the world in Kevin Durant is taking notice and had a pretty spot-on comparison of how Tatum is playing right now:

"“It’s nothing you can do to stop him. I mean what the (expletive) you want me to say? He’s making plays like Bron and shooting like me? Yea. That’s what he’s doing.”"

When another superstar recognizes how you are and ESPN stations are raving about the stellar play of the Celtics, it means two things: the C’s are winning big and Jayson Tatum is leading the charge.

An overarching narrative is in the works here and we at HH are loving this new and complete Jayson Tatum.
