Boston Celtics potential buyout option No. 3) Gary Harris

While Goran Dragic may have been the biggest name to have hit this year’s buyout market, should the Orlando Magic opt to part ways with veteran wing, Gary Harris, by all means, he would go on to take over this aforementioned moniker.

Just a few years removed from inking a deal that made him one of the highest-paid players at his respective position, Harris finds himself having a phenomenally productive campaign down in the Sunshine State.

Through 54 games played on the season, the 27-year-old finds himself posting solid per-game averages of 11.4 points and 2.1 rebounds on 38 percent shooting from long-range.

Despite his efforts, however, Orlando currently finds itself boasting a league-worst .242 winning percentage (15-47) which, in turn, could ultimately push Gary Harris to request to be bought out to, in turn, grace an actually competitive team with his skill-set that, quite frankly, is always in high demand.

The Boston Celtics, what with their need for a 3-and-D presence at the wing position (as stated in the previous slide), should absolutely be monitoring this situation with the Magic extremely closely.

Though at the moment it would appear that the franchise seems content with keeping Harris in onboard for the duration of the season, should things change during the time between now and deadline’s end and the veteran finds himself available, Stevens should go all out to try and sign the trusty two-way talent.
