Trade No. 3) Boston Celtics land Bradley Beal, Washington starts fresh

As we stated in the first slide, we are not in favor of seeing the Boston Celtics split up the Jays at any point in the near future.

However, whether we like the idea or not (to be honest, we don’t), it’s undeniable that, if the shamrocks were to acquire perennial All-Star, Bradley Beal, NBA fans and media outlets would be flooding the Twitterverse with their personal takes on the ordeal, and it’s almost certain that in order to make such a move happen, Jaylen Brown would have to be sent to Washington in exchange.

So, just for the sake of continuing the conversation of blockbuster deals that would “blow up NBA trade season”, we thought up a package that would do exactly this.

For the past few seasons, Beal has been heavily linked to the C’s as being considered a legitimate trade target that the front office should look into pursuing.

His status of being one of the best all-around scorers in the game today coupled with his long-standing friendship with Tatum has been the main talking point for most advocates for such a move.

Pairing the duo together would not only give the shamrocks one of the most menacing one-two scoring punches in the entire association, but it would also give this team a more natural playmaker (on top of averaging 23 points he’s also dishing out 6.6 dimes per game) and, in the end, a nice personal touch that could wind up proving to be invaluable from an overall team camaraderie standpoint.

As for the Wizards, they get a younger and still uber-talented wing in Brown to replace the outgoing Beal as their new franchise building block and the expiring contract of Dennis Schroder to help clear some extra cap space to try and utilize on the open market during this coming offseason.
