It wouldn’t be a 2021-22 Boston Celtics game without a fourth-quarter collapse by the boys in green.

Despite coming into the final period with an eight-point advantage and having simply played better than their opponent for the entirety of the contest leading up to this point, the C’s did what they’ve been doing all season long and let the Pacers outpace them down the stretch, even taking so much as a four-point lead with under a minute left in regulation, and forced what could have been a rather easy game for Boston to win into overtime.

Luckily, however, the shamrocks ultimately prevailed, finishing the outing with a 101-98 victory over their conference rivals.

Leading the charge all night for the team were the usual suspects in the Jays.

Fresh off notching his first-career triple-double against the New York Knicks Saturday night, Jaylen Brown put forth yet another stupendous performance, leading all scorers on the night with 26 points to go along with 15 boards, six assists, and a block on 42 percent shooting from the floor and 50 percent shooting from deep.

As for Jayson Tatum, he found himself once again having an off shooting night (an unfortunate theme from this year’s campaign thus far), converting on just 33 percent of his attempts from the field while missing all of his seven attempts from deep.

That said, the budding superstar wound up showing up when it mattered most, knocking down a heavily contested jumper from the left block to force overtime and, by game’s end, finished with an all-around stat-line of 24 points and 12 boards.

Outside of the two All-Stars we saw seven other players take to the hardwood, many of whom actually produced quite admirably. That said, there still were a few lowly performers who just couldn’t get their act together for the majority of the contest.

With this in mind, we at HH would now like to pinpoint 1 stud and 1 dud performer from Boston’s overtime victory over the Indiana Pacers:
