Merry Christmas, Boston Celtics fans! In fact, the Houdini is in a jolly holiday mood, so that extends to all who may be reading this right now: MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

Today, Cs fans will be gifted with seeing some of the NBA’s most impactful stars all on one floor, as Giannis Antetokoumpo leads the Milwaukee Bucks against the ‘Jays’ and the rest of their Boston Celtics teammates live from the Fiserv Forum in ‘Deer District’ Wisconsin.

Thus far this season, Boston has owned the head-to-head series at the TD Garden, winning by a combined 23 points in their two meetings. The first came without Jaylen Brown, while the second came in one of his returns to the floor in what has been an injury-plagued season for him.

Today, though, will be a far different matchup than those, with the C’s dire COVID-19 Health and Safety protocols situation forcing them to sign the likes of Joe Johnson, Norvel Pelle, Al-Farouq Aminu in order to have enough healthy bodies on the floor.

Meanwhile, Milwaukee will be returning the ‘Greek Freak’ today, while the Celtics’ answer to Antetokounmpo, Al Horford, isn’t likely to suit up.

Hardwood Houdini is here to dish out some holiday odds, TV channel info, and a prediction ahead of Saturday afternoon’s XMas action:

Boston Celtics vs. Milwaukee odds, spread, over/under

According to WynnBet, the Celtics are 7-point underdogs against the Bucks on the road. Milwaukee is a -280 favorite at home, with the Cs moneyline set at +225. The over/under for the game has been placed at 221 points.

Milwaukee enters this game on a two-game winning streak, while Boston won their matchup with Cleveland in town this past Wednesday.

Celtics vs. Bucks TV channel

This game will have national primetime attention, with ABC playing host to this one at 2:30 eastern time.

Celtics vs. Bucks prediction

Without Al Horford, the Cs aren’t fully equipped to slow down Giannis Antetokounmpo, but he has missed the past five games, so perhaps rust could be Boston’s gift here on Christmas day.

With the ‘Jays’ and Robert Williams in the lineup, the main players are present for the Celtics, so even if a win is far from guaranteeably certain, a close game is considering the way these two teams tend to play each other.

Pick: Celtics +7 (-110)
