It’s always destined to be a fun watch when the Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers meet, and Wednesday night proved to be no different.

A close game from beginning to end that saw tough-nosed defense and physical overall play displayed throughout, the Cs ultimately managed to get the upper hand, coming away with an 88-87 victory over their storied divisional rivals thanks to a stupendous block at the buzzer by the Time Lord himself, Robert Williams.

With this win, Ime Udoka‘s squad now finds itself coming away victorious from six of their last nine outings — including their last two in a row — and, with this, have now moved on up to two games over .500 at 12-10.

Leading the charge for the shamrocks was none other than franchise cornerstone Jayston Tatum who, though he may have gotten off to a slow start to the season, has really kicked things up a notch, especially over his last eight games.

In 36 minutes on the night, the 2x All-Star put up a stellar stat-line of 26 points (led all scorers), 16 rebounds, two assists, and a steal on 45 percent shooting from the floor and 37 percent shooting from deep.

Alongside the wing, we saw eight different players log minutes for the Boston Celtics on the night, with many of them providing truly impactful hustle and making game-saving plays.

Unfortunately, however, as has been the case with this team virtually all season, the night saw a few players who sadly did not manage to step up to the plate.

With this in mind, today we at HH discuss 1 stud and 1 dud from Boston’s electrifying win over the Philadelphia 76ers:
