Boston Celtics trade target No. 2) Terrence Ross

It appears as though the rest of the world is finally catching on to this glorious concept of trading for the Orlando Magic’s savvy offensive-minded veteran.

Long have we at HH been stating that the Boston Celtics should strongly consider adding another scoring threat to their bench unit, and have been adamant about the fact that Terrence Ross would be an ideal addition to the rotation.

Currently logging minutes for the rebuilding Magic, the 30-year-old has consistently been one of the best bench scoring threats in the association since joining the team and, since 2018, Ross finds himself boasting solid per-game averages of 14.7 points and 3.2 rebounds on 41 percent shooting from the floor and 36 percent shooting from deep, all while predominantly coming off the pine.

His ability to buy a bucket from virtually anywhere on the court while also possessing the athleticism to jam it home on fast breaks would be an absolute blessing to have running alongside Dennis Schroder in the second unit while also giving the Boston Celtics a quality backup at the wing for both Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum.

Verdict: Pursue… NOW
